Project Officer

(Amersfoort/hybrid, 32–39 hours per week)

Your Role and Contribution

Did you know that nearly 3 billion people worldwide have never heard of Jesus? That motivates us to work every day to share God’s love with more and more people. As Project Officer, you’ll work together with Gert Jan, the Manager of Partners & Projects, and be responsible for collaborating with our partners who carry out the projects.Our ambition is to become active in more (language) regions. Your focus will be on project management, program development, and training our partners. At the heart of our approach is the online 3xM Academy and our intra-cultural discipleship curriculum.

Specifically, this means you will...

Share responsibility for managing our projects in 7 countries;
Monitor projects, analyze partner information such as key performance indicators, and ensure cost accountability and budget oversight;
Be responsible for the collaboration and long-term relationships with partners;
Participate in research (desk and on-site) to initiate projects in new areas;
Provide training to partners on-site (or online) when needed;
Contribute to the ongoing development of the 3xM curriculum, including the creation of discipleship course materials;
Gather information from partners so that your colleagues have the input needed to write fundraising proposals, project reports, and manage project administration and finances.

Have strong communication skills in both Dutch and English;
Have an affinity for discipleship and can give and develop trainings;
Are willing to travel a few times per year;
Are used to working in a project-based way, have relevant work experience, and work and think at a higher education (HBO) level or above.
